WaltherPark: The new gateway to the city centre of Bolzano.
In brief
For a great future: In 2013, SIGNA – an international real estate company founded in Innsbruck – first entered the playing field in South Tyrol’s provincial capital, Bolzano, with the WalterPark urban development project, which is currently being implemented. A number of other projects have been carried out in the meantime, all aimed at regenerating urban areas, like the OfficePark building and the Gries Village residential area. New projects for the further sustainable betterment of Bolzano are in the works – communicating them and their positive effects also requires tailored strategies and measures.
